This website provides information about the Muslim Students Association at the University of Memphis. It does not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, analytics, user accounts, or online payment processing.

Prayer-time service

The homepage requests calculated prayer times for Memphis from AlAdhan. When that request is made, standard technical information such as your IP address and browser details may be shared with that service. The website does not request or share your device’s precise location.

Events calendar

The homepage embeds the public MSA Events calendar from Google Calendar. Viewing that calendar sends technical information such as your IP address and browser details to Google, which may use cookies according to its own privacy policy. Only events placed on the public MSA Events calendar are shown here.

Contacting the MSA

The inquiry form prepares your message in your browser and then opens your email application. The website does not store the form entries. When you send the email, the MSA receives the information you voluntarily include and may use it to answer your question, coordinate membership or an event, respond to a collaboration request, or correct website information.

External services

The website links to Instagram, email, Google Calendar, and University of Memphis webpages, and retrieves prayer-time data from AlAdhan. Those services operate under their own privacy policies.

Future changes

If the website later adds registrations, merchandise sales, analytics, photo submissions, or other data collection, this policy will be updated before those features launch.
